The Benefits of Running For Your Body Ergonomics

Benefits of Running Ergonomics

This blog post is about sharing my learning about ergonomic infographic, which is our first lesson for the Term 1 in Digital Technology (DTE). I've used the website "Venngage" for my ergonomic infographic. What I liked about venngage is that it has a lot of icon to choose for, and what I didn't like about venngage is that you can't save/download your work when it's not upgraded to Premium.
My ergonomic infographic is about the benefits of running for you body. This includes your lungs, heart, muscles, legs, and mind. It tells you how running can help some part of you body.

Reflection:
It was fun creating and editing my ergonomic infographic and I am contented with the outcome of my work. I've learned that venngage is not the only one you can use to make an infographic, and there are more choices for you to choose which is better. For the next time that I will be doing this again, I will improve my work by being more creative and adding more information about it.

Question:
How would you apply this Running Ergonomics on yourself?

  1. Hi Devie! I love how consistent you did in your ergonomic infographic. I would like to imply your information about running for my body but then I can't read your work. If your ergonomic infographic is clearer it would be overall awesome but still good job! I would like to invite you to visit my ergonomic infographic if you would like to. Here's my blogpost http://hhsroannaa.blogspot.co.nz/2018/02/tips-for-practical-ergonomics-at-your.html.
