What I learnt today (Physical well-being)

  • Today I learnt about the four dimensions of well-being/hauora:
  1. Physical well-being                                            Taha tinana
  2. Spiritual well-being                                            Taha wairua
  3. Social well-being                                                Taha whanau
  4. Mental and Emotional well-being                      Taha hinengaro
  • My physical well-being is in great condition.
  • The things that I do well to look after my taha tinana are:
  1. Exercise my body (stretching and jogging)
  2. Give my body a wash (bath or shower)
  3. Eat fish, vegetables and drink a lot of water
  • This dimension is one of the 4 dimensions that I don't need to work on.
