What I learnt today (Physical well-being)
- Today I learnt about the four dimensions of well-being/hauora:
- Physical well-being Taha tinana
- Spiritual well-being Taha wairua
- Social well-being Taha whanau
- Mental and Emotional well-being Taha hinengaro
- My physical well-being is in great condition.
- The things that I do well to look after my taha tinana are:
- Exercise my body (stretching and jogging)
- Give my body a wash (bath or shower)
- Eat fish, vegetables and drink a lot of water
- This dimension is one of the 4 dimensions that I don't need to work on.
