Our second action was to contact the Women's Refuge Org. and ask them if they can support us in this project. We came across a disabler when they didn't respond to the message that we sent them on email. Therefore, we needed to call them on the phone and make sure that they will respond to it this time.

We feel that this was a good outcome for our second action. What enabled us is that they answered the phone when we called them. When talking to a person and asking for their support, it's hard to talk to them if you don't know what will you gonna say. We made a script so that when we talk to them we know what to say.
On reflection we think that it was a good way to ask help and support. We are excited to get on to our next action for this project.
