Move-To-Improve (Fitness)

For the first day of Passion Project 2018, I am going to share to you what we've already done in Move-To-Improve.


Why have I chosen this project, and what do you hope to achieve? I have chosen this project to learn something new and improve myself for being fit. I am hoping to achieve the goals that I want to aim a long time ago.



What are some activities that you would like to do and/or things you would like to learn as part of your Passion Project? 
  1. How to stay fit (exercises and fitness)
  2. What healthy food should we eat 

What are your results from the fitness tests you have completed today?
